Ordering of Documents in an Application to Resolve Dispute

The Commission now requires that attachments to an Application to Resolve Dispute (ARDs) be paginated and arranged in chronological order.
In order to assist the parties in preparing ARDs, we have developed a suggested order of documents for those attachments listed at Part 6.2 of the Form 2.
A copy of the suggested order is attached to this bulletin [see below].
Documents in each section: eg medical certificates; medical reports; witness statements, should be arranged in chronological order with the first in time appearing first: Cadbury Schweppes Pty Ltd v Davis [2011] NSWWCCPD 4 at [105] to [109].
